Great Black and White Photographers Part 2

William Eugene Smith was an American photojournalist. He has been described as "perhaps the single most important American photographer in the development of the editorial photo essay." He was Born December 1918, in  Wichita, KS. He died October 15, 1978, in Tucson, AZ. He had 3 children and they were Juanita Smith, Kevin Smith, and Marissa Smith. He wan an award of  Guggenheim Fellowship for Creative Arts, US & Canada. William went to North High School and for college he went to University of Norte Dame.
